A Day in Gig Harbor

A waterfront stroll, local history and lunch or dinner at Millville.

Cross the Narrows

Coming from Tacoma? Cross the Tacoma Narrows Bridge toward Gig Harbor. Tolls are collected on the trip toward Tacoma, not on the crossing toward Gig Harbor. Check WSDOT for current toll rates and travel conditions.

Park downtown & walk the waterfront

Find public parking along the waterfront district, then explore on foot. Check signs for restrictions and time limits.

Make Skansie Brothers Park and the Maritime Pier part of a relaxed waterfront stroll. Leave room in your day to enjoy the harbor rather than rush between stops.
