The Boats Behind the Pizzas
A menu rooted in Gig Harbor’s fishing community.
Names with a connection to the harbor
Our pizzas take their names from the fishing boats of our community, old and new. Every order is a small connection to the working waterfront that has shaped Gig Harbor.

Millville Pizza Co. was founded in 2016 and is named for the historic neighborhood where we are located.
In 1888, Croatian settlers platted Millville just west of the Gig Harbor sawmill. The neighborhood became a center of the Croatian community.
